We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

LOST/MISSING PACKAGES

We are not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping takes 10-25 business days! 

TRACKING INFORMATION

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes tracking is not available. If you have any other questions, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

Important: We work with several different producers, so if you have ordered several products, it is possible that you receive several packages a few days apart.
